Although we carefully wrap our vintage breakables in sturdy boxes with plenty of bubble wrap & padding, sadly damage still sometimes happens. Please tell us about the damaged goods ASAP. Please reach out to me if there is any issue with your purchase within 3 business days of delivery. 1) Photograph the damage & send photos to us so that we can work it out with the shipping company. 1B.) If the damage is minimal, we can sometimes give a replacement or partial refund/credit. If a full refund is requested or if the item cannot be replaced then see the next step 2) Always retain the damaged item & packaging, 3) When asked take them to the shipping company (USPS or FedEx) to be certified by their staff (they will keep the broken item/packaging typically), 4) send us a PDF or picture of the shipping company's agreement the item was damaged with a representative's signature & date, 5) once these steps are completed, we will issue you a full refund for your costs & finalize the claim ourselves.
