New Lower price! Was $998! 1956 Helena Rubinstein RARE Historical Makeup Museum piece Vintage Cosmetic Mascara Wand & Brush Tube Enamel Unicorn Crest Vintage RGB Mascara Pat. 1956 Rare! Helena Rubinstein. This is a rare vintage find, the Patent number 2829655 was from Robert G Bau in 1956. He was taken to court by Helena Rubinstein, as they both used the same shape & style for their mascara. He had the patent earlier, so he technically won, but I wonder if he eventually went went out of business because of the lawsuit. I couldn't find anything more. The little comb end has the raised patent number on it. The gold case has a pink & white stripe with a unicorn crest. Works perfectly! Measures approximately 4 1/2" (ruler is showing inches.)
