Adding cedar headers are a simple way to update your windows with a little warmth & character especially if you have no room for shutters! We've been making cedar shutters for traditional, rustic, farmhouse, craftsman, & modern homes since 2015 here on Etsy & are now offering this simple addition surely to make your house feel like a home giving it that curb appeal you've been drooling over in the Johanna's Gaines magnolia journals....or maybe it's just me. These headers are the same width of the windows but we can make them slightly longer if you prefer that style instead. ITEM DETAILS Cedar headers: -smooth side of cedar used -Cedar is naturally resistant to rot & decay unlike pine -stained with premium exterior stain -this is for ONE header for ONE window only if wanting more in this size select the number needed in the quantity box at checkout. HOW THEY HANG/ INSTALLATION: We offer 2 options.... #1: 2 keyholes on backside so they headers will slide down onto screws in siding & install flush & secure. #2: 2 predrilled holes on left & right sides on front of header so they can be installed directly onto siding using screws.
