This is a great-looking, vintage 1950s, woman's size small (waist 30"), dressy, black velvet, fitted-style blouse made by "McArthur LTD". There is no size label so please go by the measurements listed below. This is a formal blouse featuring a collar, button front closure, batwing-style dropped shoulder, 3/4 length sleeves with rolled cuffs, fitted waist with slightly-flared hemline below & velvet-covered buttons. The 6 button closure runs 3 groups of 2 buttons together. A real beauty. It is in fairly-good condition with the exception of 2 small repairs on one rolled-up cuff & the other on the back which are both seen in the last 2 photos. I will also add that the velvet nap does show wear in some areas due to its vintage age.
