Pattern is CUT & COMPLETE. It includes 9 pattern pieces & instructions. Envelope states size 3. Envelope is age discolored. Description: Child's Intern Pajamas in Two Lengths: Top has set-in sleeves, side front button closing & pocket trim. V. 1 has long sleeves, a stand-up collar & top-stitching detail. V. 2 is collarless & has short sleeves. V. 2 for girls has embroidered eyelet edging trim. Pants are fitted at waistline with elastic in casing.
