Vintage Hallmark gift plaque Made in USA with original sticker on the back. This wood plaque has lovely graphic by Joan Walsh Anglund with a pink background, rainbow & a little girl with flowers & her cat looking out on the water with the words, "Believe.... for your dreams can come true." Dated on the front 1974. Small metal hanger at the top for displaying on the wall. Good condition for age with some minimal wear. The wood is in great condition with the graphics on the front having a few areas of staining or faint water spots mostly in the rainbow & sky area.
