Scout Road meanders its way parallel with the jagged main channel of High Rock Lake as it services a line of estates positioned to capture the setting westerly sun. It is here that our Scout Pull finds origin in the curvature of the road & golden light of a late July sky. Inspired by nature, capable of settling into any design scheme, it remains a perfect compliment to any of our knobs. Offered here in Burnished Brass, left unlacquered to age with the hands of time. There may be slight variation from product to product. It's what makes the finish special. We encourage you to check with us before placing a large order to ensure your order comes from the same batch. RETURN POLICY If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to receive instructions for the return. Items must be post marked no later than 14 days to receive a refund. If it is post marked after we will be unable to issue the refund. Items must be in their original sealed condition. Due to the nature of unlacquered brass & the effect that air exposure & human handling has on the product, an opened package cannot be resold. If you send back an open package, we will be unable to issue a refund. Upon return, the original cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from the refund amount. Further, any custom pot rail, vanity, or item modified specifically for you is non-returnable. INSTALLATION Many of our products are supplied with exposed screws for installation. From a manufacturing Standpoint this is always a battle of form vs function. Everyone wants a beautiful exposed screw, but to do this, we have to use decorative screws that are not as robust as a large screw hidden behind a cabinet door or drawer. We always recommend predrilling cabinet doors & drawers, enlisting the services of a contractor, & installing without the assistance of power tools. If you break a screw off in the course of installation, we are not liable for a failure to follow these instructions. Screws are provided as a courtesy & are your responsibility to install correctly. CARE & CLEANING Unlacquered brass is a lovely material that will naturally darken & age with use & exposure. Most of our customers never touch a knob or pull. Whatever you decide, do not use harsh chemicals or bleach. We always recommend a mild dish detergent & water for routine care. If the desire is to bring our polished finish back to its original condition a brass polish can be used, but please do not use this with any of our aged products (Burnished Brass, Antique Brass, Blackened Brass, & Vintage Brass) as it will damage the finish.
