If your earrings arrive damaged, or break within one week of purchase we will replace them (depending on the style of earring) or refund you the price of the earrings. As tempting as it may be to bend your earrings to see the flexibility, PLEASE DON'T! They can become weak & break. After wear & time, please note that brass can tarnish. We will not replace or refund items for tarnishing, or for allergic reactions to metals. If an item arrives damaged please e-mail us within one week & we can replace the item.
