Our stainless steel pendants are glass blasted to a satin finish, then engraved with a state-of-the-art laser machine. Actual size is 1.25 inch across. The front is engraved with the design. The back can be engraved with ANY wording, such as the child's address & phone number, a sweet note from mom, or medical information. This comes on a 24 inch stainless steel ball chain necklace. It's easy to adjust the length just by snipping off an inch or two.
