If you order a Navy or Charcoal without adding your thread personalization you will receive white thread. If you order White, Sports Grey, Sand, Pink, Ash, Red, Orange or Royal you will receive a black outline. Please write down the thread color you'd like in the personalization option or message me about the thread color if the personalization option is not available! Thank you! SWEATSHIRT INFO Embroidered on a Gildan Heavy Blend crewneck sweatshirt that is made of 50% cotton & 50% polyester. These sweatshirts have a double needle stitching throughout which makes them durable & comfortable. Also we use a 5x7 hoop for all of our designs. SHIPPING TIMES Our items are individually made with love for each of our buyers. Because of this, our processing time is 1-2 weeks (depending on order volume) plus transit time, but typically much faster. We know our customers want their items as quickly as possible! RETURNS We do accept returns if the item was damaged or incorrect.
