Dated between 1495-1498, the painting depicts the Gospel of John account of Jesus announcing that he will be betrayed. Frames are handmade. We can do custom sizes. We make "float frames." Float frames are designed to have the canvas appear to float within the frame, leaving 1/4 inch between the canvas & the interior of the frame edge. This gap is also stained, giving the illusion that the canvas is floating in the middle of the frame. Note that framed signs add 2 inches to the listed height & width. How to order: 1.
