All orders are custom made per your order, garments are not stock, off the shelf items, & therefore we do not offer exchanges or returns on any order. All sales are final. Any item that is being returned must be in the exact condition it was in when shipped: New & un-used, un-washed, no perfumes, cologne or other smells with any original tags that were on the item. Please check your order immediately if there are any issues, if there is an issue, we must be notified within 7 days of delivery. When you wash an item, that voids any warranty on the garment. We currently do not offer any additional customizations to this item (personal name, rank, etc.) Processing begins immediately after your order is placed, although our office may be closed our embroidery shop operates on weekends & Holidays depending on business. When your order ships you will receive a notification & Tracking Number, please ensure the email address you use is valid & checked regularly. Also please ensure that the shipping address you provide is the correct address since we are not able to ship to a different address. Once your order is handed over to the Postal Service (verified by Tracking Info) it is out of our hands & the responsibility of the Postal Service. Jena1 Embroidery is not responsible or liable for the actions of the Postal Service, including but not limited to: Damaged that occurs during shipping, Lost orders, Late Orders, Incorrectly Delivered Orders, or Stolen Orders.
