The Burr the Polar Bear panel quilt is made using a center focus panel & 5 borders. The middle border contains "X" & "O" blocks making this a most sweet & adorable quilt for a little one. FABRIC: One by one, each of Susy Bleasby's silly & lovable characters come to life, bringing smiles everyone. in their world, nothing is perfect or impossible & they have a way of finding the humor in life no matter what. So even on the grayest of days, or the darkest of moments, this cast of funny friends will find ways to make all of us giggle. 100% cotton. Machine wash warm, gentle cycle, no bleach, tumble dry low. The overall finished size of this quilt as shown in picture 1 is 55" x 65". The kit contains the Burr the Polar Bear quilt pattern/instructions designed by Wendy Sheppard along with enough fabric to complete the quilt top & edge binding as shown in picture 1. Backing fabric & batting will need to be purchased separately. Printed fabrics in this kit are from the Susybee Burr the Polar Bear collection by Clothworks. Pictures 2 thru 10 show the fabrics included in the kit. There are no substitutions in this kit. Skill Level: Confident Beginner 3-5/8 yards of fabric is recommended for the backing assuming a 42" width fabric & pieced horizontally along with a 63" x 73" piece of batting. Additional fabric could be needed if using a directional print or fabric design matching. Backing fabric & batting are NOT included in this kit. NOTE: The recommended backing for this quilt is the large dot printed cotton flannel with blue & green dots on a white background (SKU SB20401-820) which is currently in stock but in limited supply.
