The process starts in our software, where we take your logo & get it ready for the process of engraving. Next, your logo is expertly engraved onto the leather & cut to your requested shape. It is then time for your logo patch to be cleaned & applied to the hat of your choice. The final result is a quality logo hat bearing your business branding that is both attractive & durable. PRODUCTION TIME We generally run between 3-5 business days for production. During peak times, such as Christmas, this may be extended. SHIPPING All hats are shipped in boxes, not bags, to ensure they are not warped. Generally, USPS is used, but for larger orders we may use UPS or Fedex.
