If you want a sample of your decal before shipment, please note that we will send you the digital sample 2-7 days before shipment. We will not ship the decal until you approve the sample or the time to approve runs out (approximately 1 week after the original ship-by date).- 4.) If you are ordering a custom decal & do not write the font you would like or are missing details that we require. We will send you a message asking for the missing information & we will need to increase the ship-by date of your decal. Once you respond, we will add your decal back into the queue of orders to ship. This can mean a longer delivery time.-5.) All decals under 13" are shipped via a stamped envelope & tracked with Letter Track. So there will not be a tracking number, there will be a tracking link that we can provide.- Thank you very much!6.) We only send digital samples when requested. So if you would like a sample before we ship the decal please leave us a note.7.) Please make sure to see the estimated arrival time for your decal. Once we ship a package & USPS accepts it we have no control over any delivery delays USPS has. 8.) Colors shown can vary depending on your computer monitor and/or phone screen.
