The pocket watch is an original Elgin pocket watch made in 1918. The watch runs & checked it for time around four hours. The dial which is in good condition has a Cadallac emblem . The emblem was added sometime after the watch was made. The s/n is 20118329 . It is grade 301, model 2, class 113, 12 size, 7 jewel. The case is a open face 10k rolled gold plate.
