Copy that number & come back to Etsy. 6. Paste that number into the box under "Add Personalization" 7. From the drop-down, select "I followed the steps" 8. Finish check out on Etsy Want to leave off a date or some other field? Just leave that box empty in the form fill. When you click confirm, it will remove the sample text & leave it blank.
