The love birds stand perched above the cake on a real twig! The leaves I make myself & affix to the twig before setting the whole thing into a food-safe wooden dowel. Measuring nearly 6" across & 6" of stem, this topper is the perfect size for any cake but particularly for the typical 6", 7" or 8" top tier.
