To use it: pull your hair back into a pony tail with your hands (no band needed), pull it through the hole, give it a twist downwards under towards your shoulder to lock your hair in place, then slide down towards the ends of your hair 3/4 of the way & then roll inward towards your head all the way up. When your hair feels secure against your head, bring the ends of the product up towards the top of your head & twist the ends, or alternatively you can bring it around behind the bun.
