Nice retro style Eye Chart printed on board with a black wood frame. I believe this was distressed to look older than it actually is. From early early 2000s but the style of the Eye Chart dates back much further. Has a great graphic look & is ready to hang. Would look great in an office, dining room, bar anywhere you want some unique impact. in good condition overall, it has two hangers on the back as it is pretty heavy.
