This rare deck of cards is from the 1940's. Made by the United States Card Playing Company, Cincinnati, USA. Still sealed in plastic with it's revenue stamp which helps date them to after 1940. They come in their pretty periwinkle blue thick card board box with a silver metallic flower & pot design. Light wear to the box. Great gift for stamp or card collectors.
