Offered is a rare vintage 1940's Toni Home Permanent Kit. Amazing what ladies would do to curl their hair at home to avoid the high-end salon costs. Toni Kits is still sold in stores today. The box is in vintage condition with wear, discoloration, humidity spots, pen marks & tears on the corners have been taped together. Does not contain original instruction booklet or product. The plastic wave rods remain. With all of its flaws, this is a great little piece of history to own. How nice would this look displayed in a retro style bathroom or beauty salon.
