1980s dress. Cotton fabric. Short puffy sleeves with shoulder pads. Scoop neckline is trimmed with lace. Elastic waist. No belt. Slim skirt. Fastens down the front with plastic buttons. Label reads, "Ms. Basia Petites California, 100% cotton, size 10, made in the USA." Freshly laundered. Excellent condition. There is a tiny bit of wear to the lace trim. Measurements: Shoulders = 15" Bust = 36" Waist = 26" - 32" Hips = 40" Sleeves = 10.5" Length from top of shoulder to waist = 16" Length from waist to hem = 27" Circumference = 37" All measurements are taken with the garment flat, doubled for the bust (chest), waist, hips, & circumference.
