(90-100 Days) White Habanero is an extremely rare heirloom pepper that is said to have originated in Peru. This unique variety produces thin-skinned, lantern-shaped, cream colored peppers that are smaller than most habaneros at about 2" x 1", but pack a ton of heat! Underneath the heat they have a wonderfully complex flavor that is great for sauces & cooking. If you are a hot pepper lover this might be the one for you, but make sure to use caution while handling & preparing them! Hot peppers can be tricky to germinate & grow at home even under ideal conditions. Germination usually takes 1-3 weeks, but can take as long as a month. Maintaining high soil temperatures is extremely important & we strongly recommend using a heating mat.
