This Vintage Beanie Baby named Britannia The Bear was made exclusively for Ronald McDonald House Charities. She belongs to 1 of 4 of the International Bears of 1996. There were 4,000 of these bears manufactured. So it is 1 out of 4,000. This one has errors which makes her more rare & collectible. Britannia was born December 15, 1997. Her poem reads: "Britannia the Bear will sail the sea so she can be with you & me. She's always sure to catch the tide & wear the Union Flag with pride" Because Britannia was not sold outside of the UK, she is extremely hard to find. This brown bear has black button eyes & a black nose, & proudly wears a British flag on her chest. This one appears to have the patch flag rather & the embroidered flag making it a little harder to find. The errors on this plush include: Box states that her birthday is December 15, 1997 but her tag says "1993" & she was made in Oak Brook, Illinois, but her tag reads "OakBrook" (Single Word). Factory sealed. The back flaps have been opened to make sure the information on the tag is correct. The package is in good condition but it does have some denting of the plastic.
