Production starts within 12 hours & ships within 24 hours. P A C K A G I N G All of our jewelry arrives packaged in durable wood boxes. Our store is responsible for the caused packacing & prodution errors. We aren't responsible for user errors. CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS Please contact us within 12 hours of submitted the order if you want to make additional changes to your order, If the order has already been started sorry we cannot make any changes on your order. RETURNS & ExCHANGES For non-personalized orders; Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, we can make refunds for unworn & undamaged jewelry pieces. Because of all items are made to order, we need to charge a 15% restocking cost. Exchanges are not accepted after 7 days of delivery. Shipping cost will be charged from the buyer for second sending.
