Really neat antique cast iron polar bear toy or figurine made in the 30s to 40s. Nice winter decor item that can also be used as a paperweight. Not sure of age but the more modern cast iron figurines have their seams filled in or covered by metal so you do not see a seam. The hand filing on top of the bear backs also indicates it is an old piece & this piece is painted on inside indicating the halves were dipped in paint (old technique).
