IOWA Conservation Officer game warden collector coin These coins were created as a tribute to those who serve in an under appreciated industry. They are not state issued, & are more of a novelty tribute coin, not a challenge coin. Generally challenge coins are pressed with a die. The image is flat & smooth. The images & wording are applied with a process called sublimation. The images in the center area on the coin are fused to the material.
