All eyes will be on your little princess wearing this circus ringleader dress on Halloween. The dress is fun & whimsical with a fluffy bottom. I have carefully lined the top of the dress with red lining so that it is not see through. I have used high quality tulle for the skirt which does not itch or hurt. This is my interpretation of a circus ringleader. Sizing: True to size. Toddler in photo is 46 lbs & is wearing a size 5T. Care Instructions: I will pre fluff the dress for you for easy care. You can wear the dress as is or you can add more volume to it by steaming the tulle. Tulle should be steamed from the bottom up to create added volume. I have used high quality tulle which can even be fluffed by simply using your hands & running your fingers through the dress. Steaming the dress will also get rid of unwanted wrinkles.
