Like great coffee beans themselves, this plant comes from Ethiopia. If you drink coffee, like coffee, or even think about coffee, you might as well try growing some. With proper TLC, it will bloom white flowers followed by green fruits that contain two coffee beans. These fruits change color from red to dark brown as they continue to ripen. Sunlight: Bright, indirect light & loves a few hours of direct sun. Water: Once every week. Allow soil to dry 2" down. Pets: Not pet-safe. Care: Great choice for the intermediate plant parent.
