RIKKI TIKKI TAVI 1975 Original Production Animation Cel of Rikki Tikki Tavi Directed by Chuck Jones Complete with a Chuck Jones Enterprises Seal & a Charles Scott Gallery Certificate of Authenticity Rikki Tikki Tavi was one of Chuck Jones made-for-TV masterpieces (it's one of our personal favorites of all time). Done for CBS, & one of three of The Jungle Books (by Rudyard Kipling) he adapted for TV along with Mowgli's Brothers & The White Seal. It aired in 1975 on CBS & this cel was used in that actual production. This cel is of the main character, Rikki Tikki Tavi. It comes with a color reproduction background. There's a small amount of tape on each corner from a previous mounting. We will mount this gorgeous piece of art in an acid-free, 4-ply paper mat that measures 11" x 14" - so you can just buy your own frame & hang it in your home gallery. We only use archival/acid-free materials in mounting your artwork. NOTE: in most cases we have not yet mounted the art in a mat, so if you wish to have us leave it unmounted let us know ImmEDIATELY when you make the purchase, as we will often mat it within minutes.
