Description
This is a lovely vintage signed Fettah Gini special handmade ceramic pottery wall plate dish made in Kutahya Turkey. The black rimmed plate features a bright, colorful design of raised flower petals, leaves & vines in shades of red, orange, purple, white & green with embossed white symbols & shapes in the center & a red border with small raised turquoise blue flower petals around the rim. The wall plate measures approximately 1 5/8" tall & 10 1/4" in diameter, comes ready to hang with a blue ribbon attached to the back & is signed on the back rim "Special Hand Made Fettah Gini Kutahya-Turkiye L8". The dish is in fair vintage condition with surface wear including imperfections, staining, scratches & chips on the flower petals including one on the rim (please see picture #10) & two in the center of the plate (see picture #9 - a large chip on the orange petal near the bottom & on the white petal at the top of the image).
