Production begins & takes about 2 days from the time we start 4. Item is packaged, & you will be notified with tracking information on the day it is ready to ship. 5. Item will ship in a custom made box, with protective packaging material 6. Item is ready to hang straight out of the box Damages are rare, but they can happen during transport.
