Multiple laser-cut layers highlight the terrain types & trails of Joshua Tree National Park. A masonite laser-cut road map is overlaid onto thin maple wood with layers of acid-free cotton-pulp Italian - & French-made paperboards beneath, showcasing the boundaries of the Mojave & Colorado Deserts, significant washes, & highlands. Marked on the map are major hiking trail routes. The map is constructed inside a frame made from Canadian white pine, with a crystal-clear acrylic glazing. Total framed dimensions are 10.5" x 8.5" x 1.25" deep.
