Personalized porcelain ceramic ornament with a glossy finish. This is a flat 2.8" diameter circle ornament. Decorated on both sides. These ornaments are just stunning in person & have a beautiful permanent finish. The art is bonded to the porcelain with heat sublimation, it will not scratch, fade of peel. Each ornament comes in a gift box with clear lid & bow ready for gift giving. All ornaments will be dated on with the current year. The back of the Ornament will match the front. If you would like a team name, graduation year or other special message on the back please indicate that in the personalization box when ordering. PRODUCTION TIME Our ornaments are handmade to order. Typical production time time is 5 business days to create your personalized ornament. Production times do get longer as we get into the Fall/Winter season. If you have a specific date you need your order by please reach out to ask if it is possible to make your date. RETURNS & ExCHANGES All sales are final on Personalized products. Your ornament(s) will be created as requested in your order, please review your submitted details carefully. The materials used can not be re-purposed, if you submit a spelling or color mistake & we ship the item as requested, you'll need to re-purchase a new item. If we've made a mistake on our end we will replace the product at no cost. If you receive a product on which we've made an error or shipping damage, please contact us within five days of the confirmed delivery date on your tracking. If you receive the item damaged from shipping please send photographs of the product & the shipping package so that we can claim the loss due to courier handling. After receiving the photos we will get a new one on the way right away.
