This vintage Whiting & Davis gold mesh evening bag is such a pretty thing. The outside is in excellent condition with very few scuffed tiles. There is some patina & scuffing on the frame. The chain strap has just a bit of patina. The lining is a faded gold fabric that has come loose. Im not sure how to reattach it so I havent messed with it. From the tag on the inside I am estimating this to be from the early 50s. Whiting Davis trademark stamped on the inside frame, along with "Made in USA". A few tiny spots on lining. No bad smells. It measures about 7 inches wide by 5.5 inches tall, not including the chain strap. I have more Whiting & Davis bags in my shop! & more I will be listing soon...
