They can also be inflated with air but will not float. Home helium tanks are not recommended due to low helium to air ratio. Bubble balloon can be inflated with helium or air, & if kept in proper conditions, may last for weeks. Instructions are included with package. These are made of stretch plastic & become round as a basket ball. Do not open the packet until ready to inflate or it will dry out. Balloons ship flat/deflated. Rainbow number - do not use helium, use the provided straw & inflate with air. Hang by included tabs, or use tape to put it on a wall.
