Sorry, we do not offer digital downloads, svg etc. These will be created & sent in the mail. Important: if your item has been returned to us because of missing pieces of information, vacant, forgot to change your address in your account, package was undeliverable or for any reason on your end, you would need to purchase a re-ship label with the corrected information. Secondly, due to the nature of this business, we have a no refund/return or partial payment policy( see more in shop's policies). Some customers may not need or want any longer or has even used them. However, Supplies & ( the time) has been invested in creating your items. We don't reuse items even returned sealed. Every customer get fresh & made to order items. Shipping: 2-3 business days from purchasing . Since the post office doesn't guarantee anything, we cannot either. We do not control how fast the post office delivers. Just know we ship in a matter of 2-3 days. The post office can take up to 5 days from my experience only. Give yourself enough & then some. Note: please make sure your Etsy address is updated before a purchase is made. We cannot take address changes through Etsy any longer( you will need to cancel & repurchase) They may end up still being shipped to old addresses by mistake since this is the address we see when it is time for shipping. 1. If I order today, when will I receive my items? We ship around the 2-3 business day mark. After this, the post office is another business that has to be relied on. They usually take up to 5 days according to where your reside. Since we are on the west cost, your item has to go cross country so please keep that in mind. give yourself at least 10 full days.
