This is a Vintage 1970's Rare HTF McDonalds Blue Paper Mesh Uniform Cellucap Hat. Good condition with normal age wear. Actually pretty clean condition, but it does show a little wear as per the Photo's. It can be adjusted on the inside to fit a person's head by sliding the tab. Check put the photo's.
