Returns cannot be accepted on personalized items, unless a mistake was made on my end. Please make sure names are spelled correctly - I am not responsible for spelling errors that I receive, so please double check before finalizing your order. All returns must be received within 2 weeks from approval. No refunds will be issued if item is received later than that. This item was created in a smoke-free environment.
