Love tokens were typically engraved on old silver coins with letters, and/or images. in this case, there's a wonderful hand engraved designs with "M" in the center. From research, this coin was issued from 1858 - 1901, I'm not sure the value of this coin or the exact year as it is not on the coin. On the back side reads "VICTORIA DEI GRATIA REGINA / CANADA". The jump ring appears to be a modern ring & was not tested. This lovely coin is in excellent condition with minimal wear, clean & ready to be given or worn. A great keepsake that would be a very sweet present or memento for yourself. Mark(s): None. Size Approximately: 5/8" (w) x 5/8" (h), does not include the jump ring. Weight Approximately: 0.9 grams.
