Items are printed professionally with ink for a high-quality & long lasting print! Want a different style, color, size, etc or is something showing as out of stock? Message me! I am able to accommodate custom requests as long as the item is available from the manufacturer. Some colors of tees are available in a 5x, VNeck shirts only go up to a 3x. I also have Long Sleeves, Sweatshirts, Tank Tops, & more available! Customization Requests: Please note that depending on volume of messages it may take a few business days to respond to custom order requests. Processing Times: Please refer to the side panel on each listing for up-to-date processing times as well as the shop announcement banner on my shop homepage (etsy.com/shop/saguarothreads). If there are delays from normal processing times it will be noted on my shop homepage! Shipping: Please refer to the shipping methods at checkout for the most accurate estimates. Typically standard shipping is 3-5 business days & express is 2-3 business days. The shipping times do not include the processing time. Sizing: Sizing is Unisex (unless otherwise noted), women typically size down for the best fit! Measurements on the size chart are for the item laying flat on the floor, you can compare them to something you already own. Women's tank tops fit true to size for a relaxed fit, size up for a loose fit! Fiber Content: Shirts are the Bella Canvas brand & the fiber content depends on the color. Solid colors (non-Heather) are 100% cotton & Heather shirts are a 52/48 Cotton/Poly blend (except Light Gray Heather which is a 90/10 blend). Cancellations: Please reach out immediately if you need to make changes or cancel your order, once production is started orders can't be cancelled or changed. Address Changes: To ensure an order is shipped correctly, in order to update an address a new order will need to be placed & the original will be cancelled. Etsy does not allow sellers to change the address showing on an order, please verify your address is correct prior to placing the order! Returns: Contact via Etsy within 5 days of receiving & ship back within 7 days. -Returns are not accepted for customized/personalized items, but please reach out if there is an issue with your item! -Buyer responsible for return postage except in cases of defect. -Exchange is usually available. -Items returned that are worn/washed or smell like pets/smoke/etc will not be eligible for full refund.
