Italian Stilux Milano beautiful & rare large Space Age pendant lamp adjustable in height, in Perspex, white lacquered aluminum & chrome accents. Italy, 1960s-1970s. This is a model with a well-known design and, although lacking a trademark, it is referable to the production of Stilux Milano. The lamp consists of a double shade: the outer transparent one is made of ochre-brown smoked Perspex, while the inner diffuser screen is made of white acrylic. White lacquered aluminum & chromed metal for the structure. When lit, it produces a nice warm light! Condition: in good vintage condition. The lacquered metal frame shows small surface marks from use, however not visible when the lamp is hung. The Perspex shows superficial scratches at the top & consistent with use & age. Again, these are barely visible when the chandelier is hung. See photos. The lamp mounts a standard E27 / E26 lamp holder; the "rise-and-fall" cord has been replaced. Fully functional & ready to be installed! Works 110-240 volts. Bulb not included.
