Cool patent leather hat. Reminds me of the British invasion era & Petula Clark or Twiggy. Labels inside reads Lory & Taylor & Emme Boutique. It is brown patent leather like material. It is a smaller size so please check the measurements carefully. Cute little ribbon & yarn flower on side, the brim has rows of stitching. Is in nice shape for it's age, doesn't look like it was worn much. Measurements: a bit over 7" tall; brim is 2 1/2" at the front & 2" at the back; inside brim or base of hat is 20 1/4" around.
