This is for a single bag. I don't know much about motorcycle saddlebags but I do know they normally come in pairs. This bag was found in my friends storage. It was pretty dusty & dirty. I believe it's from the late 1970's early 80's. It measures 16 1/2" L X 5 1/2" D X 12" H. The fabric is a weather resistant vinyl/faux leather. Interior metal frame. Adjustable 2 strap closure. The inside has flaps at the top with a snap. It shows wear with scuffs. 2 tears to the fabric on the bottom & side edges. Surface rust on the hardware. The metal frame also has rust & the bars are loose on the top sides. Some of the rivets are missing on the straps holes but they don't show much wear. I ship same or next business day.
