Make sure the sign is centered & push the stakes down so the sign is close to the ground. Do not add too much pressure, just need to slide in. If does not seem to fit, turn around H Stake. If ground is hard we recommend using a garden house to wet the ground. This will soften the dirt & allow the sign to go in easier. Turnaround & Shipping: 2-4 business days to process & ship. Please note that larger signs are shipped pre scored & folded to provide savings on shipping. Please note that we do our best to ship all items in a timely manner. Once package is picked up by carrier, we are not responsible for any delays or loss of package. Returns or Cancellations: All signs are made to order, therefore, returns are not allowed & all sales are final. Cancellations can only be made via message 24 hours from the moment your order is placed. Shipping Damages: We do our best to package you sign as best as possible. We understand accidents happen in transit. Should your sign arrive damaged please send us pictures of the box & damaged sign along with a picture of the shipping label. The more images we have the better to make a claim with shipping carriers. Claims should be made within 3-5 days of item delivery. Your sign will be replaced at no additional cost & will be sent without stakes. Please keep the stakes that are shipped with the original shipment.
