SIZING IS BASED ON THE LONGEST DIMENSION, EITHER HEIGHT OR WIDTH. YOUR DECAL CAN BE USED INDOORS AS WELL AS OUTDOORS, BASICALLY ON ABOUT ANY FLAT SMOOTH SURFACE. CARS, TRUCKS, BOATS, LAPTOPS, COOLERS, GLASSES. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE SUPPLIED WITH YOUR DECAL. SHIPPING LEVELS: Standard: this is the equivalent of a postage stamp, & tracking will be VERY limited & unreliable; 2-14 business days in transit - First Class: full tracking; 2-8 business days in transit - Priority: full tracking, fast delivery; 1-3 business days in transit Sizes over 12" already come with USPS tracking, so no upgrade is necessary except for Priority mail. If you do not upgrade to a higher shipping class, your order will most likely stay marked "pre-transit" until it's delivered to you, as they don't get scanned as reliably as first class & priority items do.
