He was a prolific designer who worked in a variety of mediums, including advertising, packaging, & book design. He is perhaps best known for his iconic "I NY" logo, which he created in 1977 as part of a campaign to promote tourism in New York City. Glaser's work was highly influential in the development of modern graphic design. He was one of the co-founders of the revolutionary design firm Push Pin Studios, which helped to redefine the way that designers approached typography, color, & layout. He was also a co-founder of the New York Magazine, for which he served as design director from 1968 to 1977. Throughout his career, Glaser was recognized with numerous awards for his contributions to graphic design, including the National Medal of Arts in 2009. His legacy continues to influence & inspire designers around the world, & his designs are widely celebrated for their creativity, innovation, & impact.
