All products are wiped down prior to packaging, however, some wood dust may be present upon opening & can easily be cleaned off using a hair dryer or air compressor. -Wood is a natural material. Variations in color, knots, texture & grain may occur. -This product is made with Baltic Birch Plywood- a decorative hardwood plywood with veneer core. -This product is both TSCA VI & CARB II compliant. -This product is manufactured in Las Vegas, NV. REFUND POLICY: All of our orders are custom made-to-order and, therefore, FINAL SALE. Should you wish to return a product or cancel an order after your product has shipped, you will be responsible for the initial shipping cost in addition to the return shipping cost.
