Condition: New, Handmade in Greece Material: Pure Bronze Height: 23 cm(9 inches) Width: 5 cm(2 inches) Weight: 400 g POSEIDON SMALL BRONZE STATUE Poseidon was one of the twelve Olympian deities of the pantheon in Greek mythology. His main domain was the ocean, & he is called the "God of the Sea". Additionally, he is referred to as "Earth-Shaker" due to his role in causing earthquakes, & has been called the "tamer of horses". All our bronze items are cast in Greece, using the traditional 'lost wax' method. As nothing is mass-produced, there will inevitably be slight variations in patination & coloring.
